Pros:
This is a very dynamic program and covers all needs from functionality to Reminders, Clinical Decision Alerts and patient's portal. It has every tool you need in an EMR system.
Cons:
Script errors are really frustrating on a busy day.

It has been a very good experience.

The product has a lot of great things such as ease of sending the charges from the docs to the billing department, seeing the exact statement that a patient received. They are improving the product consistently.

Cost-friendly solution carefully designed to meet the needs of the practitioner. it is very flexible in terms of keeping documentation, record files and manages patient's portal, screening/scanning. Voice input and hand-writing tools makes it highly accessible to the staff.
Cons:
Great experience. I didn't' find any problem in the software. Mobile apps is a must upgrade.
