I like this EHR

Pros

As a webbased user I find it convenient to access. Navigation is straightforward making it easy for newcomers like me to learn.

Cons

I find that I often experience delays when I issue commands resulting in a longer response time of a few seconds. Additionally the system automatically logs me out quickly if Im inactive for too long.

Old Technology Not User Friendly HUGE step backwards. Cheap but not worth the savings

Pros

Its inexpensive but I cant find any advantages compared to our previous system which they acquired.

Cons

Using it is quite challenging Ive noticed that on some screens I need to have caps lock on while on others I dont. Furthermore it takes more than twice the usual time to process reports and it generates excessive amounts of unnecessary paper.
