Simple payroll reporting

Pros

The reporting options have been very useful for me. I rely on a handful of them regularly and they consistently give me the information I need.

Cons

Sometimes I get confused when working with reports because multiple formats, charts, tables and metrics, look very similar and I don't always know which one contains the exact data I need.

Pros

Having access to a large amount of data has been a big advantage for me. It allows me to explore different scenarios and give better insights to my account executive when dealing with current challenges.

Cons

Even though the data is useful overall, I sometimes feel the reporting structure isn't as clear as I would like although I've always been able to get help from my representative when I needed clarification.

evolving HR analytics

Pros

Over time, I've seen the platform grow a lot. The content keeps getting better and more relevant and the knowledge base is detailed but still easy to understand. Whenever I've had questions, support has been quick and helpful.

Cons

Relying heavily on external wage data has also caused some inconsistencies in my experience, since it can sometimes reflect outdated figures. While the wage reports are helpful for understanding market trends, I still find myself questioning how current or accurate they are for my specific needs.
