“Smooth Setup and Great Support”
Pros
The onboarding process with this tool was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Their HR team was so responsive and I got quick, clear answers to all my questions about compensation and leave policies. Even when my main contact wasn't available, someone else jumped in right away to help. Their website made everything so easy, uploading documents and signing contracts was simple, thanks to the amazing interface. I was really impressed with how well they handled everything remotely without any issues.
Cons
The document upload feature could use some improvement. I wish they allowed digital signatures for all documents, not just employment contracts and benefits forms. Also while email support was great, it would've been even better to have access to an HR rep via phone or instant messaging to make things go smoother.

As an employee, I can easily find everything I need through this portal. After using it just a few times, I got the hang of finding info and filling out forms. Once you're familiar with it, the whole process flows smoothly.
Cons
Sometimes I've had minor loading issues that made me refresh the page, even though my internet connection was fine.

Pros
I'm really impressed with how quickly they respond to questions and their support team is always on top of things. Getting started was surprisingly easy and I love that the payroll setup actually works in employees favor when it comes to taxes.
Cons
The only thing I'd suggest is building a stronger digital platform for onboarding and payroll tasks. I know they're already working on it, so it's more of a future improvement than something I'm really complaining about.
