“A teacher's organizational lifesaver
Pros
I find it much stronger than others I've used at work. Being able to request time off, check my pay stubs and access tax info all in one spot is fantastic. As a teacher with a heavy workload, it really helps me stay organized with personal matters. Both the website and mobile app are incredibly user-friendly and everything's laid out clearly, looks great and I can find what I need quickly without any issue.
Cons
After using this for a year now, I honestly can't think of anything I dont like about it. The system has been solid throughout.

I like how it handles visual diagrams and makes tracking colleague anniversaries and managing requests so much simpler.
Cons

Pros
I really appreciate the menu customization and you can tailor it exactly how you want. The reporting system is fantastic and highly customizable which makes data analysis so much easier. Their support team has been incredibly responsive whenever we've needed help with anything. What really stands out is the API access, which opens up amazing integration possibilities with other systems.
Cons
The chat support could use some work and sometimes I need quick answers and don't want to wait around for an email response.

“clean and practical interface

I love how this lets us store critical documents and keeps track of work anniversaries, birthdays and time off requests all in one place. The way it brings together so much company information is really convenient for our team.

“Useful recruitment, slow support
Pros
The recruitment features work really well for us. It's simple to use and integrates nicely with ZipRecruiter and Glassdoor. Having team members view and share feedback would be a nice touch. Would love to see LinkedIn integration added though.
Cons
The support team leaves a lot to be desired. While the chat feature can be useful, you'll need to set aside at least 30 minutes for a response and there are plenty of things they simply can't help with.

“Versatile but confusing issues
Pros
the versatility this platform offers, there's so much you can accomplish with it. Accessing it from my computer or phone is seamless, the chat feature comes in handy and there's a wealth of information at my fingertips.
Cons
Occasionally I run into problems with the pay details and job sections that I can't figure out how to resolve and even the support team seems confused about these issues too.

Interface is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use. What really stands out is the comprehensive training resources and they make onboarding new team members easy since employees can learn at their own pace. Integration with other platforms like BambooHR is smooth and simple.
Cons
I wish we could edit files directly instead of having to upload new ones every time we need to make changes to a document. Other than that, there really isn't much to complain about.

“False promises and no refund!

The software works perfectly as a basic HRIS system especially if you don't require complex integrations.
Cons
So much to share here. The sales team gave false promises about integrating with our payroll provider, ADP. I raised concerns several times but was dismissed. After wasting two months trying to make it work, we canceled before going live because they could not meet their commitments. Despite never using the software, they refused to refund us. This is a company built on deceptive sales tactics. Check the other 1 star reviews for similar stories. And do not make the same mistake we did.

It is simple enough for our organization which is new to using HR systems. Since our team includes many older employees, its ease of use is a big plus for them too.
Cons
There are a few things it should be able to do that it cannot like setting up our contribution scheme based on salary or assigning tasks to employees without them being marked as part of onboarding.

One thing I like is that it lets us quickly set up a solid human resources system, bringing order and reliability to organizations that might not have the means to build something like this themselves.
Cons
The main issue is the cost of add-ons and customization for smaller organizations especially non-profits and charities. While the per-person cost is manageable, I noticed it becomes difficult to scale to the point where we can receive discounts available to larger organizations.
