“Allows clear view of time and updates

I like that it offers clear visibility into PTO, built-in reports for tracking time off, updates on wage changes, notifications when staff are out, timesheet tools and the ability to log hours by project or announcement.

Cons

Integrations with other platforms do not always perform as we expect it to be.

The software is simple to get started with, I would say it is great for handling time-off requests from your team.

Viewing the org chart isn't as easy as it could be, and updating it is a real chore whenever there are internal changes.

I really like all the features in Bamboo especially the performance appraisal tool as it works really well.

If it could integrate with other programs, I feel it would be great to connect them to reduce the amount of manual work.

The interface is clean and it's an easy-to-use HR system. Also the user experience is better than most other leading HR platforms out there.

Well it is a solid tool overall. However their LMS could use some expansion but it still serves its purpose.

Everything about my hiring process is stored in one location and it is easy to navigate. I especially like how it tracks vacation and sick days showing what I have used, what's available and what I am accruing.

It is very user-friendly as most tasks are broken down into clear, step-by-step processes.

Entering one-time training sessions is a bit of a hassle. A lot of our staff do their training independently and the process of adding different training names by going into Settings and then back to the employee profile is time-consuming.

I feel like this tool was really simple to use. We can customize what pages and information your employees see and they can view and download documents easily.

It would have been great to have a bit more customization so we could make it feel more aligned with our company's branding and needs.

The way data is stored and accessed is simple and logical. Requesting time off is easy too and it is helpful to see everyone elses requests visualized together.

The links to different sections of the software are not as simple or well thought out as I want them to be.

It would be great if we could send documents for signatures to multiple people at once. Currently we have to print our evaluations and get ink signatures from everyone because it only supports a couple of signatures.

This tool has really transformed how we handle HR tasks, everything from bringing new hires onboard to managing vacation requests runs so much smoother now. The customer support team deserves special mention too; they're responsive and always ready with solutions when we run into issues. It's become such a valuable part of our operations that we're looking forward to exploring even more ways it can enhance our HR workflows.

Cons

The customization options feel limited when it comes to reports, workflows and dashboards. I wish there was more flexibility to tailor things to our specific organizational needs. The performance management tools are decent but they could definitely be more robust. Better goal tracking, 360-degree feedback options and customizable review templates would make a huge difference.

I find the interface really clean and easy to use. Getting started was smooth with their streamlined setup process. Having all employee information in one central location makes everything so much more organized. The reporting features give me great insights for analysis. Plus, being able to access everything from my phone is incredibly convenient.

Cons

pricing can be high for smaller operations. Customization options are somewhat restricted which can be frustrating when you need specific workflows. Getting it to integrate smoothly with our existing systems took more effort than expected. There's definitely a learning curve and it took our team a few weeks to get comfortable with all the features.

I can quickly accomplish what I need without wasting time. The built-in features are exactly what I require for my work.

I can't think of anything negative to say about it, this platform really delivers on all the features our team requires.
