“Exceeded our highest expectations
Pros
Honestly, I'm not sure where to begin and there's so much to love here. Our company tends to be pretty picky about platforms but this one has exceeded expectations. The onboarding and training process was incredibly helpful and everything is documented really well. It's super easy to use, which has been a lifesaver for our small two-person HR team. The automated onboarding feature is probably my favorite and it creates tasks automatically for whoever you want and makes it ridiculously easy to ensure employees complete all their required documentation. For a medium-sized organization like ours, this has been game-changing in getting people fully onboarded quickly and efficiently. I also love being able to bulk import data, update multiple staff profiles at once and create custom fields. Those custom fields can be pulled into reports too and honestly the report creation is the most user-friendly I've ever worked with. The customer service and sales teams are incredibly responsive as well.I could literally go on for hours about how much this platform has improved our workflow. Whenever we do find something that could be better, we share feedback and their development team is constantly rolling out new features and improvements. Really excited to see what they come up with next!
Cons
performance management module feels a bit limiting when it comes to how many questions you can include, which doesn't quite fit our company's needs even though it's still user-friendly. Another minor issue is that when employees submit retroactive PTO requests, the system doesn't automatically sync with payroll and if you manually add it later, it ends up deducting from their leave balance twice. This is pretty common across most HRIs platforms though, so it's not a huge deal. Honestly out of all the features available, these are really the only two areas where we've hit any snags.

“An almost perfect hr hub
Pros
how user friendly and interactive this platform is for our team. The time off management feature works smoothly and helps us maintain accurate records without any issue. Having all employee information and files centralized in one location has been incredibly convenient for our HR operations. One feature I'm particularly fond of is the Company Links section. We've set it up as a hub where employees can easily access all our company resources, including external partner links like our 401k provider and insurance companies. The feedback from our staff has been overwhelmingly positive about this functionality. The customer support experience has been outstanding, every interaction I've had with their team has been friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. The system reliability is impressive too, with nearly perfect uptime. I can only recall one brief outage since we started using it and that lasted just a few minutes. I'd definitely recommend this solution to any organization looking for a comprehensive HR management system that actually delivers on its promises.
Cons
It has some standard fields where you can't customize the dropdown options which has been frustrating when we needed specific entries that weren't available. Also since over half our team is based in the UK, it would be really helpful to have support coverage during their business hours instead of just Us hours.

“Quick setup with ignored suggestions
Pros
setting up this software was surprisingly easy and both our staff and management picked it up quickly. The feature set is impressive with plenty of room to grow as our needs change. Support gets the job done through chat and online channels, though getting someone on the phone can be challenging.
Cons
You're somewhat restricted by their available options. I've submitted several straightforward, logical requests for improvements but they seem to ignore them completely.

“simplified our time-off management
Pros
Managing time-off requests has become so much simpler for our team. Staff can easily track their own vacation days and submit requests, while the approval process flows smoothly without any bottlenecks. It's really streamlined how we handle employee scheduling.
Cons
Wish the payroll feature could connect with QuickBooks so we could keep using our existing QB payroll setup and cut costs.

Pros
I use this system daily and what stands out most is how easy it feels throughout the entire employee lifecycle. The interface is clean and doesn't require much training. What really impressed me is the extensive integration options and they're not just available but actually easy to implement. Whenever I've had issues, customer support has been incredibly helpfull and professional in resolving them.
Cons
The customization options exist but aren't as user-friendly as I'd hoped. Also wish there was a better way to submit feature requests or suggest improvements to the development team.

“A simple and thrilling upgrade

The transition from our old HRIs was simple thanks to an outstanding account rep who really knew their stuff and could troubleshoot any issues we ran into. Getting everything set up was surprisingly quick and the interface is so intuitive that our whole team picked it up right away. Everyone's thrilled with how much better this is compared to what we had before. I'm in there daily handling everything from recruiting and onboarding to performance reviews and benefits management.
Cons
main frustrations I have are pretty minor. First, you can't hold timesheets back until payroll closes which isn't a huge deal but does annoy my supervisors. The other issue is that we have an important approval step between interviewing and hiring that doesn't fit well into the system's workflow.

What stands out is how easy everything is to use thanks to the amazing interface design. There's this natural flow that makes finding any feature or document feel almost automatic. Having worked with everything from small company systems to major enterprise platforms, this consistently outperforms them all.
Cons
Finding specific documents like 401(k) or medical insurance files can be frustrating. The search function exists but it doesn't always bring up the most relevant results when I'm looking for something particular.

Pros
Training we received during implementation was excellent and the system is so simple to use. It really helped us get our chaotic HR department organized. The automated features make onboarding and offboarding processes much smoother and it handles our 100-employee company perfectly.
Cons
I would love to see better integration with our other operational systems and some of our tools just dont connect with it at all.

I love how this simplifies recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, it's made our HR workflows and payroll so much smoother. The interface feels friendly and saves me tons of time every day.
Cons
Bringing back former employees is such a problem. There's no way to generate rehire offer letters automatically, so I'm stuck doing everything manually through Adobe sign before uploading to Bamboo HR. The whole re-onboarding process feels like endless busy work that eATs up way too much time.

I find this HR platform very easy and it really streamlines our entire hiring process. The onboarding features are fantastic and managing employee data has become so much simpler. The reporting capabilities give us great insights that help with decision-making and the overall design makes everything easy to use for our whole HR team.
Cons
The two-factor authentication really gets on my nerves and feels like overkill and slows me down when I need quick access to employee info. It disrupts my workflow more than it helps.

“Misled and refused a refund

The interface feels really interactive and handles basic HR tasks without any issues.
Cons
sales and support teams were misleading about their ADP integration capabilities. When I asked specific questions in writing about how the integration works, they avoided email responses and brought in multiple people to assure me it worked perfectly. Once implementation began, it became obvious the integration doesn't actually function properly. They blamed me for not providing the right fields that ADP needs, then told me to ask ADP what fields they require for payroll processing. They promised to build custom fields for direct deposit and tax info but never delivered. Even worse, their Resolution Lead Amanda Persaud Ford refused our refund request despite us never going live with the system. This company's practices are questionable at best.

I am impressed with how this tool handles all our documentation needs. The signing process is seamless and the permission controls for document visibility are really well thought out. It's definitely a smart solution for businesses looking to align their workflow.
Cons
I find it frustrating that you have to set up profiles just to get signatures on official documents that process should be more straightforward. It's also annoying that I still need a separate Docusign account rather than being able to handle everything entirely through this platform.

This covers everything I need for HR tasks in one place. The interface is great. I appreciate how customizable it is and lets me tailor things to fit my specific requirements perfectly.
Cons
group features too limited for managing multiple companies at once. Also, I'm not happy with the customer support because they're slow to answer and their help isn't very useful.

I can find whatever HR tools I need here. There's usually several options for each purpose, so I get to pick what works best for my situation. We mainly use it for tracking benefits but we were also looking for applicant tracking capabilities which is why we went with this over competitors. There's various options for payroll, ATs and so much more. The standard reports are really useful and I can create custom reports too. The support reps are all very helpful and polite - dont hesitate to reach out for help. Implementation was smooth sailing and our rep guided us through everything step by step. We use it weekly, sometimes daily.
Cons
Can get overwhelming trying to figure out which add-ons you actually need with so many choices available.

“Transformed our hr with minor gaps
Pros
It has completely transformed how we handle candidate reviews, onboarding, offboarding, HR records and time off requests. Form updates and training certification reminders are now seamless too. We occasionally use the reporting features as well. After researching various options about a year and a half ago, this was clearly the best choice. What really sets it apart is there incredible support team and I can usually get help through live chat instantly, complete with screenshots and detailed guidance. Even when chat isn't available, ticket responses come back the same day. The support staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping customers which is rare these days.
Cons
We haven't integrated with our payroll system since we want to keep using Quickbooks for its unique features. This means employees have to check their time off balances in Quickbooks Workforce first before submitting requests, which isn't as smooth as we'd like. It would be great if time off balances could sync in real time between the systems, we dont dare manually input them and risk errors. Our benefits management software also doesn't connect, though I know some external tools do integrate if you use compatible ones. For our construction company, field staff work under multiple supervisors since they report to different project managers across various job sites. Being able to set a primary supervisor for signatures while allowing secondary supervisors to view wages and documents would be really helpful. These are pretty minor issues though and they're far outweighed by all the positives we experience daily.

“great potential but has some bugs

The support team is incredibly responsive and usually have my issues resolved by the next morning thanks to the time difference which is actually really convenient. Customer service has been outstanding! Implementation was simple and didn't give us any headaches. The reporting features are excellent and give us exactly what we need.
Cons
We've been dealing with some system errors recently that knock the platform offline for entire days which is really problematic since our whole HR operation relies on this data. The timing couldn't be worse and we had new employees to onboard during one of these outages, though everything got sorted the following day. I'd love to see more survey options, particularly for eNPs and satisfaction reporting, plus maybe more frequent reminders since we're aiming for 100% completion rates. An extra day for survey completion would help too especially during weeks with system issues that really hurt our response rates.

“Daily tool with one flaw
Pros
We use this system daily for all our employees. It lets everyone clock in and out, plus request time off throughout the year. The platform also makes it easy to send write-ups to employees and make announcements to our entire staff. Before switching to this tool, we weren't handling everything digitally.
Cons
A big issue for me is the one-manager-per-employee rule. It doesn't fit how we work, since several of my employees have multiple bosses.

I really like having access to the calendar where I can check my coworkers' birthdays, anniversaries and time off. Working remotely, being able to clock in and track my hours is super convenient. The home screen gives me a quick overview of everything I need, new hires, my timecard, company announcements and a calendar preview all in one place.
Cons
Can't edit my timecard or have my manager make changes after midnight hits.
