“Centralized with a tough transition
Pros
how user-friendly the layout is for our team and the admin support tools are great. We implemented this as our first HRIs about 4 years ago and just moved our payroll and time tracking from ADP this year. Having everything centralized has been fantastic and we managed the mid-year payroll transition smoothly without any disruptions to employee pay or benefits.
Cons
We could have used more hands-on help during our payroll transition, while the tutorials were solid, having someone walk us through the conversion would've made things much simpler. Also really need better support for multi-state compliance stuff like policies, tax setup and all the different state-by-state payroll requirements.

“An integrated hr command center
Pros
Managing benefits and open enrollment is incredibly smooth, plus having payroll data integrated in one place makes everything so much more streamlined. It's become my go-to for handling all HR tasks without jumping between different systems.
Cons
setting up payments for K-1 partners is tricky since the system automatically generates W2s for any payroll transactions. There doesnt seem to be a way around this when we need to process quarterly guaranteed payments without tax withholding.

Pros
The navigation is really easy and finding what I need is simple too. The onboarding process was smooth and didn't take long to get up to speed.
Cons
Reporting features could definitely use some work and feel very limited compared to what I need for my daily tasks.

Pros
I love how this covers all our HR needs in a single platform, recruiting, employee records, benefits management, training modules, certifications, plus the entire onboarding and offboarding process.
Cons
I wish you could add more than 5 people to workflows since we sometimes need additional approvers. Also, having employees included on every workflow can be awkward like during offboarding when they have to sign there own separation forms.

Honestly, my favorite thing is that everything is just in one spot. It all works together so well. The Performance tool is a total game-changer for us and my whole team says it's super amazing and easy to use.
Cons

Onboarding new hires has become incredibly smooth and we can get team members up and running without any issue. The time tracking and PTO tools have really simplified our workflow, making approvals and time-off requests much easier to manage. Both our HR team and employees appreciate how easy everything is. Their customer support is fantastic, even through chat they're quick to respond and always helpful! Really appreciate having such an intuitive platform. Excited to see what new features they'll add down the road!
Cons
reporting features are basic to me and I wish they were more intuitive. When I need to do any advanced analytics, it just doesn't have the depth I'm looking for.

All employee information stays in one central location that's always accessible. It's really easy to maintain transparency with staff about their employment history. They can check their info, documents, company announcements and policies whenever needed. As an admin, I love being able to handle the entire employee lifecycle from one spot, hiring through retirement, plus payroll and any special situations that come up.
Cons
Problem I've noticed is that it doesn't display who made specific changes to employee records, which can make tracking modifications a bit tricky.

I can easily see and track my vacation days which has been a huge help for planning out my yearly schedule in a visual way that makes sense.
Cons

Absolutely. This platform totally simplified my daily HR grind. Finding and entering info just feels natural now which is a huge relief. We've even been able to customize a bunch of stuff to fit exactly how our team works which is awesome and a major shoutout to their customer service team, they were very responsive during our setup and made the whole process way smoother.
Cons
The rollout felt pretty rushed and I wish we had more control over the timeline. Also, it's very Us-focused and would be great to have better customization options for Canadian dealerships.
