It brings together all the tools and information required for my human resources and payroll work.
Cons
One challenge we've found is that it doesn't link up with some of the other software programs we use every day. This means we sometimes have to enter the same information twice, which takes extra time and can lead to errors.

It has been useful for maintaining confidentiality of contracts and personal data. Since we operate across multiple locations, having everything centralized in one place eliminates the need to transport documents between campuses or send sensitive info via email. It's created a self-service hub where employees can access forms and benefit information on their own, which frees up our HR team to focus on strategic initiatives rather than constantly fielding routine questions.

Pros
The features are incredible and how simple they are for our team makes every dollar worthwhile. Taking time off requests, sharing on the employee community, updating records, viewing the time off calendar, browsing the directory and handling document signing/storage barely scratches the surface. Our staff loves using the system and we're all on it constantly!

single sign-on feature makes logging in easy and I really appreciate how user-friendly the interface is. Having a mobile app is super convenient and the implementation process went smoothly without any major hiccups.
Cons
support feels impersonal since you get routed to a call center instead of having your own dedicated representative.

Everything is smoothly combined into one system from onboarding to performance reviews, offboarding, hiring and reporting are all accessible in a single place which I like the most.

BambooHR keeps all employee HR information in one convenient location. The system also provides flexible access levels for trainers, supervisors, managers and IT support.
Cons
We had to create a custom section for employee notes. It works fine but I am not sure why this feature is not included in the software by default. I mean it is essentially just a simple table with a notes field. And I hope they do not keep adding features a la carte just to raise the price and make more money off loyal customers.

The platform is pretty simple to use. I had no prior experience with this tool before joining my current company but even without formal training, I found my way around all its features easily. I have even set up benefits programs, created rules, enrolled employees and generated reports without any difficulty.
Cons
While it might not be as visually appealing as some other systems, I must say the functionality is much better and easier to navigate compared to other alternatives.

As an HR professional, BambooHR makes my job easier with its intuitive platform. It handles employee databases, time-off management and automated approval workflows smoothly and efficiently.
Cons
The mobile app feels a bit different and it does not have all the features we were expecting. So I would not recommend it for recruitment purposes.
