Setup and daily use are incredibly simple. Also it runs smoothly and efficiently exactly as promised to us and the interface is very user-friendly.
Cons

“saves time but has bugs
Pros
The ability for employees to request time off, view signed documents and track their leave history along with pending requests has been fantastic. Our onboarding process time has been reduced by more than half thanks to these features.
Cons
We keep getting the same notification about pending time off requests multiple times, even after we've already approved them and it's pretty annoying.

“Handy but login is a hassle
Pros
I can easily request time off and see when my coworkers are out. It also shows upcoming birthdays and lets me keep track of my training progress.
Cons
I find the two-step authentication pretty inconvenient since it sends codes to my work phone and I don't always carry it with me.

“Great support but missing key tools
Pros
The customer service here is absolutely fantastic whenever I call, I'm only waiting around 5 minutes and everyone is super friendly. Navigation couldn't be simpler either. Finding what I need is simple and when I'm unsure about something, a quick call always gets me sorted out.
Cons
The offboarding process has some real gaps, you can't assign different tasks based on whether someone's leaving voluntarily or getting terminated which seems like a pretty basic feature. Also, tracking signature requests is a pain since there's no central view of what you've sent out. You have to dig through Files and then Reports just to see the status of signatures you've requested which feels unnecessarily complicated.

“quick access and smart connections
Pros
I've been using this for quite a while now and really appreciate how accessible it is. Being web-based is great, plus there's a mobile app I can download to my phone. Our company relies on it for all employee information - departments, org charts, important links, company details and celebrations like birthdays and work anniversaries. What I love most though is the integration with Reachdesk which is very helpful since I use that frequently. I can just type in a colleague's name and all the other details get filled in automatically.
Cons
UI could use some visual updates but aside from that I'm satisfied with how everything works.

“saves money but has limits
Pros
The platform replaced three different systems at our nonprofit and saved us a ton of money. Customer support is fantastic, really appreciate the chat feature and how responsive they are. Getting everything set up was surprisingly simple and the interface is easy to use.
Cons
There are some limitations that can be frustrating. You're restricted to just 7 PTO categories and the system doesn't require entering an employee's social security number and bank info twice for verification which feels like a security gap. One major issue is that it doesn't process direct deposit for employee HsA deductions, you have to handle that separately. The reporting feature is also pretty restrictive since I can't generate reports for specific employees I select; your only options are filtering by location or job title.

“Clean look, hidden calendar
Pros
UI looks clean and pleasant. Easy to use with a dashboard that gives me everything at a quick glance. Finding contact information for any employee is quick and the employee org chart has been especially helpful as our company grows.
Cons
Company calendar could really use its own dashboard widget. Right now it's pretty hard to locate since there's just a tiny link buried under the Who's Out section. That's honestly my only gripe with it.

“Easy but some small bugs

The interface is incredibly clean and user friendly, everything's right where you'd expect it to be without any hunting around. After working with several other platforms at different companies, this one stands out as the most user-friendly by far. The others either had clunky designs or made simple tasks way more complicated than they needed to be. What really impressed me is how smooth the integration process is. Part of my role involves helping customers connect their HRIs systems to our platform and this one is hands down the easiest to work with. The setup is simple and customers rarely run into issues compared to other systems. When problems do come up, troubleshooting is actually manageable instead of a headache.
Cons
I've encountered some frustrating issues with time off requests. When I submit a request but then realize I don't actually need the day off, the system won't let me cancel it on the same day - I have to contact HR to remove it from their end. Really wish I could just cancel or edit these requests myself on the day I make them. Had a similar problem when I accidentally selected a past date for time off. Once it was submitted, I couldn't edit or delete it without getting help from someone else.

The request feature is fantastic, switching from paper requests was a game changer for us. Employees find it straightforward to log in and set up their profiles. I'm on it every day and honestly can't remember having any problems with it.
Cons
Only con is that with 60+ employees, I wish I could approve multiple time-off requests at once instead of doing them one by one. Otherwise, everything works smoothly.

Automatic license renewal requests are a lifesaver and I just configure it once and everything runs smoothly after that. Really appreciate the tutorials covering all the features too.
Cons
When I try uploading documents, I can't put them directly where I want them and have to add everything to the main folder first, then move it later which is pretty annoying.

setting this up was very smooth and it's been incredibly helpful for managing our team of over 2000 employees.
Cons
It doesn't separate entities when working in group environments. Filter restrictions based on access levels across different entities can be limiting. Reporting for onboarding efficiency is much useless and doesn't provide meaningful insights.
