“user friendly but hard to share
Pros
interface is really interactive and finding what I need doesn't take forever. The employee sections make perfect sense with how everything's organized into clear categories. Plus when I do need help, customer support gets back to me pretty quickly.
Cons
I find setting up user access to be more complicated than it should be. Right now, most features are locked and only available to full administrators. But I need some of our staff to be able to see and use specific information without giving them complete control over everything. It's frustrating because my only choices seem to be either giving someone too much power or having them constantly ask me to do small tasks for them. For instance our safety specialist can update an employee's certifications, but she can't add a new type of certification to the system because she's not an admin. This creates an unnecessary delay.

“Good but not for worldwide
Pros
The interface is incredibly user-friendly and there's barely any learning curve for both HR staff and employees. Customer support has been really helpful and responsive whenever we've reached out. It handles everything our small to mid-sized company needs perfectly.
Cons
The ATs functionality feels basic when it comes to interview scorecards and collecting hiring feedback. It's clearly built with Us companies in mind, so managing international employees becomes a real issue. Job requisition management is quite limited too and we end up using separate spreadsheets and other tools just to track our reqs properly. The onboarding and offboarding templates are frustrating since you can only have one version, which doesn't work when you need different processes for various employee types.

I am impressed by how comprehensive this platform is and it manages employee records, candidate pipelines, communication and performance tracking all in one place. The built-in reporting features really help break down all that data effectively.

Pros
Our employees find the process of requesting time off to be very easy and hassle-free. They can submit their requests quickly without any confusion or extra steps, which makes the whole experience smooth and convenient for everyone.
Cons

Getting started is simple because the layout is incredibly user-friendly and easy to understand. You never get lost. What's impressive is that despite being so easy to use, it's also powerful and has all the tools necessary to handle my complete list of tasks. Pros
I love how clean the interface is even team members who aren't tech-savvy can navigate it easily. The dashboard layout makes sense and lets our HR team quickly find what they need. Having everything centralized has been a game changer for managing employee info, time-off requests and performance reviews. It keeps all our data current and accessible in one place which saves tons of time. New hire onboarding flows so smoothly now. People can complete their paperwork and access resources without any issue and the automated tasks have really cut down on our administrative workload. The reporting and analytics capabilities are impressive, we get solid insights into turnover, retention and performance metrics that actually help us make better decisions about our HR strategies.
Cons
The payroll features are decent but don't expect deep integration with third-party payroll providers. If your company needs advanced payroll processing, you'll probably end up needing additional software. Reporting works fine for smaller operations but once you need more complex reports, it really starts to show its limitations.

“My easy all in one
Pros
User friendly interface. Having everything centralized in one spot is fantastic, all my info, forms and documents are right there. The time off request feature is particularly handy and I love being able to calculate future accrual dates to plan ahead.
Cons
Really can't pinpoint any major issues since I haven't been involved in the setup process, though I imagine implementation probably has its usual hurdles like most systems do. Overall though, it handles everything I need and keeps things simple with a clean interface.

“A lifesaver for our remote team

I discovered this platform when searching for a way to consolidate all our HR tasks and documents. Previously our small organization relied on multiple spreadsheets, making everything unnecessarily time-consuming. Transitioning from 100% in-person to fully remote across the U.s. meant we needed something reliable and user-friendly for employee data, hiring, onboarding, offboarding and recruiting. During my research this solution stood out as the clear winner. It met all our requirements while aligning perfectly with our culture. The team never pressured us to sign up, they focused on understanding our needs and demonstrating how their product could help. I honestly can't imagine managing HR without it now. The platform has freed up so much time, letting me focus on strategic areas like HR strategy, organizational culture and employee development that were previously competing for attention. Our employees love how easy it is to use especially the self-service features for managing personal information. We've added Payroll and upgraded to the Pro Package with Total Rewards, Employee Community and Performance Management. The reporting feature has been amazing - generating reports on turnover, eNPs results, time off and payroll data is very easy. Customer service is absolutely top notch! I always feel heard and helped without feeling like I'm bothering anyone. Everyone responds quickly and is incredibly helpful. Looking ahead, I'm confident this will remain integral to our operations, making even the smallest tasks easier. I appreciate how they're always open to feedback and consistently roll out improvements. Every product update email excites me because it means another enhancement that makes my job easier and positively impacts our entire organization!
Cons
setup process for signature documents can be pretty frustrating and some text fields in the job posting feature aren't as interactive as they could be. These quirks are annoying to work with, though I wouldn't call them deal-breakers. Still a huge step up from our old system where we were constantly juggling spreadsheets and documents, uploading, downloading, then uploading again!

Really user-friendly and easy to use. I appreciate how it keeps everything centralized in one spot, including payroll functions. The integration with other programs works smoothly too.
Cons
some features are missing or come with expensive add-on costs. The biggest headache for us is handling upfront annual HsA payments and there's no option for this, so it shows up on every paycheck and we have to remember to manually remove it each time. We'd also love better contractor payment options since we work with hundreds who have different rates for different projects. They recently added this feature but it's costly when your dealing with that many contractors monthly.

I appreciate having everything centralized from hiring and benefits to payroll, it's all right there when I need it. The customer service team has been solid and I've found the learning centers and resources genuinely helpful. What stands out most are the Employee Wellbeing modules which make it much easier to support our team and ensure everyone gets the attention they deserve.
Cons
I wish the pricing was bundled instead of charging separately for every feature.

hiring workflow is fantastic and everything flows smoothly from initial contact through interviews to final hiring decisions. I love how you can easily use between different tabs to track each candidate's progress. The payroll integration works really well too. We rely on this platform constantly for our daily operations.
Cons
It doesn't let you rehire someone who worked for us before but left for whatever reason. You have to wait until training begins before you can send the contract again, which is inconvenient.

ui is interactive and doesn't require much training to get started. There's an impressive range of features that cover most of what we need for daily operations. The reporting functionality works well and gives us the data we need to make informed decisions.
Cons
Customer support through chat has become pretty useless and now everything goes through a lengthy email process that takes forever. They restructured their pricing packages, which means we're suddenly cut off from product updates and new features unless we shell out more cash. The benefits integration is really limited with carriers, so we're stuck using a third-party solution for our benefits administration anyway.

It is really user-friendly whether you're an employee, manager or admin. Live chat support responds quickly and actually helps solve problems. I appreciate how simple it is to handle reporting and make master changes for things like job titles and salary updates, especially when doing those big end-of-year uploads.
Cons
Reporting can be inconsistent at times. Time-off management features feel somewhat limited in scope. The ATs and performance modules still need refinement since they're more like add-ons rather than fully integrated components. Unfortunately, there's no Canadian payroll support available.

I find this platform really easy to use and tracking down candidate or employee details is easy too.
Cons
The visual layout makes tracking candidate progress somewhat confusing. There's no automatic email feature for candidate rejections, which means I have to send those manually. I'd really appreciate having automated screening questions that can filter out unqualified applicants upfront. It would also be helpful to have a split-screen view where I can see the resume and take notes simultaneously instead of switching back and forth between tabs.
