It helps me find support documents for nearly everything I need to know. The electronic signatures for HR documents are very handy. The recruitment module works well and the onboarding process is much smoother without the need to print and handwrite each form.

I found limitations in integrating custom fields and tables into onboard filters such as onboarding, training, presentations and benefits. BambooHR seems to require integration with other accounting services.
