Pros
I like how much information is readily accessible and the projected time off balances are particularly useful. Everything is well-organized and easy to use, making it simple to find what I need quickly.
Cons
I wish there was a way to clock out for lunch that displays how long the break has been running. It would also be helpful to see a daily running total of hours worked right on the home page.

Pros
The onboarding features are very intuitive. We can easily see when someone is out of the office, track new hires, welcome them, and post announcements across the company. BambooHR is superb for all these functions and more!
Cons

Pros
Only been using BambooHR for a few months, but I find it very user-friendly as compared to other systems I have used. The ATS, onboarding and employee file features work well for us.
Cons
I do not see any major issues with this tool. My only observation is that this system might be better suited for smaller companies.

Cons
I cannot generate reports for files like certifications or training. The reports only include dates, and each file has to be searched individually. For example, pulling multiple certificates of sexual harassment training for audit purposes is cumbersome.
