I like that It is not a "busy" website that leaves you unsure of what to do next. This software is the most user-friendly of any online enrolment site Ive encountered.

We wish there was more flexibility for integration and customisation with this software.We have to manually upload data into our payroll which has caused some errors and is very time consuming. The customer support is also unavailable at times.
