I've been using this for 13 years now and the customer service remains outstanding, they're always there when you need them and actually respond quickly. That's honestly why we picked them in the first place after looking at all the other options. They were the only ones offering a cloud-based platform back then and they've managed to stay ahead of the curve ever since.
Cons
Finding candidates by experience level is tricky since it only works if they've listed their graduation year. There's no automatic texting feature for reaching out to candidates and I don't think there's a way to automatically notify them via email when new positions open up either.

Great a.T.s and I.T support make this really stand out. The installation and setup process was surprisingly smooth and once configured, it runs reliably without issues. Their support team deserves special mention and they're helpful and respond quickly whenever I have questions. This tool has definitely aligned my workflow and saves me considerable time each day. The interface is simple enough that anyone can pick it up easily, plus the pricing is reasonable for what you get.

Pros
Got my refund without any issue, which was appreciated. Some of the advertised features were actually pretty useful when they worked properly.
Cons
Customer support is terrible and they couldn't even set up one user license and just gave me a refund instead of actually fixing the problem. Really disappointed with there service quality.

Their customization options really impressed me and way more flexible than pricier ATs systems I've used before. Running both standard and custom reports is easy and gives me exactly what I need.
Cons
sometimes I find myself getting overwhelmed by all the customization choices available and it's easy to lose track of what you're doing when there are so many options to sift through.
