“From paper checklists to digital hub
Pros
I appreciate how well it handles time-off tracking and the whole onboarding workflow. Before switching to this system, we were stuck doing everything manually with paper forms and endless checklists. Now we have a centralized hub that everyone in the office can easily access. The mobile functionality is fantastic too and our team can view all their information directly from their phones.
Cons
so far, there's not much to complain about. One small limitation is that you can't directly export data to QuickBooks but other than that, I can't think of any real problems.

“The ultimate automation engine
Pros
The automation and streamlining capabilities are fantastic. I was able to set up on- and off-boarding tasks, hiring processes, performance management and company performance tracking. This gave us reporting abilities we never had before. Working for an entrepreneur with multiple businesses, I appreciate being able to house each company's HR needs in one place. I can easily toggle between companies, locations, hire dates and more without jumping between different platforms. Payroll is simple and convenient. We added this feature after using the platform for other needs and I'm so glad we did. Having everything in one place makes my job much easier.Implementation was smooth from the start and each time we've added new features or companies, they made the transition simple with checklists and support. Customer service is incredibly nice and I think being friendly must be their main hiring requirement! Even when my issues weren't simple, they followed through on every request. The Community page is a recent addition we can't live without now. We use it to send, organize and store company announcements. With multiple groups available, getting information to team members is quick and easy to reference later. Since starting here, we've also integrated additional software applications that connect easily, taking even more off my plate through automation. We use background check software and an employee gifting platform that communicate directly with the system. I'm always looking for more automation opportunities and this platform has really enhanced that while giving me more time for executive-level tasks I can't automate.
Cons
The approval process could be more flexible. A really helpful feature would be a specific area for expense reimbursements that connects straight to payroll.

“Fantastic support makes all the difference
Pros
Customer service is absolutely fantastic. I've called support countless times and never had a bad experience. Usually I hate contacting support teams but I genuinely enjoy reaching out to these folks when I need help.
Cons
Getting used to the new interface has been a bit of a challenge since I'd become comfortable with where everything was after 9 months but I'm sure I'll adapt soon enough!

Pros
interface looks great and navigation feels pretty easy. There's tons of training materials available which I really appreciate. I've only been using it for two months but I'm enjoying it way more than ADP that I used before for hiring. Way fewer formatting problems with offer letters too.
Cons
Finding certain settings can be tricky since some are tucked away in places where you need to hover around to discover the options.

“game-changer with buggy clocks
Pros
Managing HR used to feel overwhelming with all the moving parts but this platform puts everything in one convenient spot. It's saved me from countless tedious tasks that used to eat up my entire day. The signature and forms feature is a game-change. I can send documents to employees and once they sign, everything gets filed automatically in there personnel file. The hiring and onboarding process flows so much smoother now, which has really taken the pressure off. Customer support is fantastic too, always quick to respond with a friendly attitude. Haven't had a single bad experience with either customer support or payroll support.
Cons
The time clock feature gives us trouble sometimes and it gets glitchy and doesn't properly clock people in or out, so we end up doing alot of manual fixes. The location stamp is usually helpful but lately it's been acting weird and showing employees at the wrong locations. These features have real potential if the bugs get worked out.

Pros
The interface is incredibly clean and organized. Handling HR onboarding documents, digital signatures and leave management is all very efficient. Also it is a high-performing, user-friendly product that works pretty well for us on both web and mobile.
Cons
To me the dashboard options feel quite limited and there is no way to customize it. I also get bombarded with multiple reminders at times which can be overwhelming.

Pros

Cons

Pros
They have a great tool for mapping out your company's organizational structure that everyone can access. The PTO approval system works well for individuals though I wish there was a company-wide calendar showing who's off each day instead of relying on Outlook. Document storage and e-signatures work perfectly. The search function is also excellent as we can easily find employees and view their profiles and job details which was especially helpful when I joined the company.
Cons
My only suggestion is about time off as it would be great to have a shared calendar for the whole company. I have heard payroll management could be tricky but I was not involved in that part.

The interface is user friendly and easy to use. I can quickly see how much time off I have taken and what I have left, without manual calculations. I also like having performance and goal tracking in one place instead of a separate platform. The company directory is also handy for finding contact details without dealing with Outlook's unreliable contact cards.
Cons
I am not comfortable with the feature that shows when everyone in the company is out of the office as it feels like an invasion of privacy. That should really be limited to your own team. Also document organization could be better as after onboarding, I could not find all the forms I signed.

Pros
It is very user-friendly. I mean even employees who usually struggle with technology can use the web and mobile apps with minimal help. Plus the team regularly updates the software and adds useful new features.
Cons
I would love to include payroll details in custom reports. They have started adding more features to reports but payroll info is not there yet. I am hoping that's coming soon.
