Pros
I love it as it is gradually turning into a truly all in one platform that is simple to use covering HR, payroll, time tracking, training, performance management and more.
Cons
There are just a few minor things like being able to add more than five signatures to a document but nothing major.

“user-friendly and very dependable
Pros
Personally, I think this software is really user friendly making it easy for employees to find what they need which in turn simplifies my job. The system is dependable with very few glitches or downtime. The applicant tracking system is the standout feature but the time-off management and other personnel tools are also excellent. Performance is consistently solid.
Cons
Some of the add-on products like benefits and payroll, need more development. I'd also like to see more integration options.

I like how simple it is and how neatly it organizes and tracks all the information we enter.
Cons
It is a bit frustrating that sometimes I can only access the app on my phone and not my computer. It also lags occasionally.

Pros
It gives me a simple way to request and approve time off, check how long team members have been with the company, review salary history and view the organizational chart.
Cons
There are not any notifications so when I approve time off, I have to remember to check or note it myself. Also it would be helpful to get a Slack reminder the day before or the morning of.

Pros
The simplicity and customization options are fantastic. I use this as an onboarding tool alongside the HRBPs on my team and it makes the handshake smooth. It easily integrated with our ATs and has become an essential part of my daily workflow.

Pros
super easy to use and train staff on. We rely on it for bringing new hires up to speed, managing time off, running surveys and keeping track of key employee data. Their support team is fantastic and they're always available and either solve issues right away or send you detailed guides to walk through the steps.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides I can think of when it comes to using this platform.

“Accessible but broken calendar view
Pros
Interface is really accessible and makes finding what I need simple. Navigation feels smooth too with well-organized tabs that dont require much training.
Cons
Calendar view doesn't actually filter when you select specific options even if I choose just birthdays, everything else still shows up on the screen which defeATs the purpose

Pros
Really appreciate having all our HR, payroll and performance data consolidated in one spot! The interface is incredibly user-friendly, which makes daily tasks much smoother. The onboarding team was fantastic and they really took the time to understand our existing paper-based processes and helped us transition from our old systems smoothly.
Cons
I wish it integrated better with our external systems, though we've worked around this using ZAPIer since it does allow access to certain fields for automation.

I can't believe how much this has transformed our HR operations. We went from doing everything by hand to having most of our processes automated, which has made everything so much smoother and more efficient. The reporting capabilities are fantastic and we get accurate insights that really help us make smarter business decisions. The implementation process was simple and the ongoing support has been absolutely excellent.
Cons
A few minor features would be nice to have, things like blackout dates for the personal leave calendar and a simpler way to request remote work. Small suggestions pop up occasionally but we've managed to work around these gaps without much trouble.

“huge improvement over workday
Pros
The navigation is very easy and it's such a huge improvement over Workday. The feature set is impressive, plus integrating with our other sAAs applications happens easily. Workday really felt like overkill for what we needed. The UI design is spot-on which makes me want to use it regularly.

I use this system every day and find the staff request tracking really useful. Creating reports for compliance is straightforward with all the data available. The specialized fields make it much easier to keep records up to date and meet our deadlines.
Cons
sometimes it's tough getting through the online chat support queue. There are times when calling is the only option available instead of being able to ask questions through chat.

I like how easy everything is to use and locate what I need. The update process is smooth and the reporting features work well for my needs. Their support team has been fantastic and they're always there when I need assistance and genuinely helpful.
Cons
The branding options are pretty limited, you can only change the logo and pick from preset colors which is frustrating. I have to manually adjust the payroll system since it doesnt automatically track unpaid time off plans. The integration with sequoia Benefits is incomplete, so deduction changes require extra work. The Performance Management tool costs way too much for what it offers.

Admin features are fantastic. I can customize access levels, policies and reports to fit exactly what our organization needs. File management is simple to use and bringing new employees on board has become incredibly smooth thanks to the amazing design. This system has completely transformed how we handle HR processes, making everything more efficient and perfectly aligned with our goals.
Cons
only thing I'd mention is that there's always room for more customization options. I've been sending feedback to the development team for years about features we'd find helpful and to their credit, they've actually implemented some of my suggestions over time.

“smooth but less interactive flow
Pros
Hiring and onboarding process flows really smoothly and when someone leaves, offboarding is just as simple. I find the platform incredibly user-friendly and everything is easy to use. What I appreciate most is how all the information I need is right there and easily accessible without having to dig through multiple screens.
Cons
I'm not thrilled with the new platform layout and it feels less interactive than before and I worry it might make things harder for users to use.

User friendly interface, so both admins and regular users can find their way around without any trouble. We've been able to bring all our HR data into one place and ditch several manual processes we used to rely on. Cons
The custom field restrictions aren't as easy as I'd hoped, though they still handle the basic functions I need.
