Fast responsive support system

Pros

Whenever I reach out, I get fast responses from customer support and they usually guide me clearly which makes problem-solving much easier for me.

Cons

One challenge I've experienced is that the system can time out while users are filling out reviews which has caused some frustration for me when information gets lost. We worked around it by drafting responses separately first which helped avoid re-entering data.

Pros

The overall features and range of services are something I rely on regularly and I also appreciate how responsive the support team is when I need help.

Cons

Setting things up and getting everything running smoothly took some time for me, especially because of the complexity of my organization but I was able to manage it with support which made the process easier.

configurable competency model

Pros

Creating and using multiple competency models is something I've worked with and I like how they can be connected to job roles even though it takes some effort to set up properly. Once done, it becomes very effective for me.

Cons

Simplifying the appraisal process would be helpful in my opinion since I sometimes feel there are too many options for what I need.
