Whenever I reach out, I get fast responses from customer support and they usually guide me clearly which makes problem-solving much easier for me.
Cons
One challenge I've experienced is that the system can time out while users are filling out reviews which has caused some frustration for me when information gets lost. We worked around it by drafting responses separately first which helped avoid re-entering data.
