I can manage everything from payroll and incentives to performance reviews and salary increases in one centralized location which eliminates the difficulty of juggling multiple software solutions.

Only real downside I can think of is the cost, it's pretty pricey for what you get.

Pros

Managing payroll, attendance and time tracking has become so much simpler since everything's consolidated into one platform. I don't have to juggle multiple systems anymore for these daily tasks that used to eat up so much time.

The interface isn't the most friendliest and figuring out all the different features took me quite a while. It definitely is a bit complicated at the start.

Pros

I really appreciate how this handles all my payroll, HR processes, time tracking, and people operations in one place. The security is solid since it's a cloud-based SaaS solution that keeps our workforce data confidential and highly available. What excites me most is the automation, I can set up repeated daily processes to run automatically which eliminates human error and saves me time.

Cons

While there are plenty of built-in features available, the competitive edge could be stronger and the feedback collection area definitely needs some work to make it more effective.
