Pros
I really like having an account representative who can make changes for me and is accessible to answer any questions I may have. Additionally, I find it beneficial that I can access reports from multiple companies on the dashboard.
Cons
There is a constant possibility of making a human error. Because currently, there are no automated checks in place that flag when inputted information may be incorrect
