Pros

The ability to maintain a complete audit trail, even when something is deleted is valuable. Also it is easy to use, accurate with pay calculations and goes beyond that by helping our operational teams manage their staff more effectively.

Cons

There are a few things I'd like to see improved but for the life of me, I cannot remember exactly what they are right now.
