Customizable tool with strong support

Pros

I noticed there are a lot of customization options in the system, a nice and smooth design, simple to use, detailed and helpful support pages and an extremely friendly and accessible customer support team.

Cons

At times, it's a bit challenging for me to represent the complex processes of large companies, especially when it comes to how practical it is for department heads. The use of data and KPIs isn't always fully aligned and I see there's still room for improvement in the reports. However, I am happy that an update is coming soon to address this.
