“Great bullhorn integration with resume parsing
Pros
One thing that works well is the integration with our Bullhorn database. It lets us parse resumes directly into the system and also checks for duplicate records before anything gets uploaded which is very helpful!
Cons
Compared with Dice and Monster this software is missing some search capabilities. For example it does not offer searches for specific work authorizations and similar filters.

“poor fit and disappointing support
Pros
The parsing feature is only decent but beyond that we've been pretty disappointed.
Cons
This tool hasn't worked well with our system or the way we need to use it. It honestly feels like we were misled. Customer support also hasn't done a very good job of resolving our issues and the search function for technical candidates is terrible.
