“Great software”
Pros
As a user and an administrator, I find this platform really easy to use. The HR workflow guidance is solid and it's helpful in managing everything. I also appreciate the document versioning and management features which make it easy to keep everything organized.
Cons
The reporting is pretty comprehensive but it only works with Excel or CSV files. It could be designed better, though all the information is there which is a plus.
