The software displays all essential information such as employee availability work hours and monthly hours worked. It is userfriendly with straightforward shift copying and simplified leave management. The user interface is convenient and easy to navigate. Getting started is a breeze.

Cons

The platform has only one major inconvenience which is the lack of a simple approach to copying 3week plans. Although shifts can be automatically generated if a nonstandard shift system is utilized there is no way to extend it quickly using copypasting. As a result each shift must be copied and pasted individually. Improving copying and adding a scrolling view that is not restricted only to a week or month would be welcome upgrades

Managing the payroll and benefits of a team as large as ours is no easy feat, and I’m glad that the company invested in Deputy, which has helped me greatly over the years. I was a part of the implementation process and collaborated closely with our team to implement the necessary features. It is very responsive, and no query is left unanswered. We have set timelines that are realistic and enabled problem-solving abilities like never before. You won’t believe that payroll entries for our 1000+ employees have been reduced from 7-8 days to just 3-4 hours as a result of the new seamless payroll integration.

Cons

There are so many features that a lot of training is necessary. And the good news is that all the training and material are available, but it’s not always a good thing if you ask me. There should be a beginner or easy mode so that most users can just use it and get the task done instead of sitting through hours of training sessions. The customer support team is great, though, and they keep us informed about system features and upgrades that are coming in the future.
