Average tool, missing basic features

Pros

Fluida customer care service as well as the management of holidays, leave and justifications are all well handled.

Cons

The roadmap is a bit slow and there are basic functions missing like renaming folders that don't seem like they will ever be added.

The customer support and account management are excellent, they are always available and open to feedback.

Cons

I noticed that the changes on the roadmap take a long time and there are small bugs that could be fixed quickly.
