Pros

I enjoy the user friendly UI and comprehensive HR functionality. From application tracking to attendance management, leave tracking, payroll, onboarding and timesheet filling, it covers everything I need efficiently.

Cons

So far, I haven't faced major problems, though I feel performance could be slightly improved.
