SME friendly payroll management

Pros

This tool has incredibly startup and SME friendly features. I get just what I need right out of the box which makes me feel more compliant with HMRC requirements. Payroll calculations for salary, PAYE, or NI can be confusing but it takes that fear and confusion away. I initially used it for payroll but ended up relying on it as a central employee information management system because it's much easier to find my employee data than on my local hard drive. I've been using this tool for almost a year now and the team has been exceptional.

Cons

The platform does exactly what I need and more. I anticipate my HR requirements may grow, so I might need additional features in the future.
