Pros

Instead of sending every applicant through, the platform filters in only the candidates who actually match my criteria and their responses to my role specific questions are used to create an overall ranking. That makes a big difference because the people I review are genuinely serious about the job and far more likely to respond when I reach out. I care much more about quality than sheer volume and this platform helps me quickly identify the strongest candidate and connect with them fast. Beyond the portal's features and functions, their team is extremely well informed and works with me to build the right recruiting strategy for each role. After more than 25 years in recruiting this is by far the most effective product and approach I've worked with. Another big plus is the VerifiedFirst integration which I use for drug screening, background checks and credit checks. Applicant information transfers directly so neither I nor the candidate has to deal with entering the same details twice.
