“Brilliant team and great Support”
Pros
It is super easy to use and their customer service and back office teams are always a pleasure to work with. Besides that they are always willing to go the extra mile to help us or our contractors. The platform also makes it super convenient to store contracts and contractor documents. I've worked with several teams at Openforce and theyve all been amazing. They are helpful, courteous and always resolve any questions or concerns I have.
Cons
The only issue I have is that sometimes when contractors call customer service, they get different information than what I told them. They call again and the next agent gives them different details. It seems like the inconsistency in agents might not always give us the correct information.

This platform has been a true partner for us. They took on few of the most important tasks in the business ie onboarding contractors, managing contractors, and handling settlements and all of this was essential for launching our business.

Openforce has been a huge asset to our business. They've consistently gone above and beyond in recruiting, training, compliance and payment processing plus their recruitment process is highly efficient and they do an amazing job finding skilled delivery partners that fit perfectly with our business goals. This has greatly improved the quality of our delivery network and boosted customer satisfaction. As for compliance, Openforce has made sure we stay fully compliant with all regulations easing a huge burden off our shoulders and allowing us to focus on growing the business. They've also streamlined our payment processing system ensuring that payments are always timely and accurate which has built trust and a positive relationship with our delivery partners.
