A solid performer but dated in design

Pros

OpenHR was a solid platform for handling basic HR tasks. It did the essentials well, functioned properly and delivered on its promises. It was particularly useful for benefits management as we could customize it to meet our specific needs. Additionally it excelled in generating reports, with each one easily customizable to our requirements.

Cons

It was not very user-friendly. The self-service employee portal lacked a modern design and felt like something from the 90s. As only our IT team, who had the technical knowledge could configure the platform unlike most systems today that HR teams can handle on their own.

Comprehensive automation process

Pros

This software is very comprehensive, automating all the key HR processes. Also it is highly flexible and can be adapted to fit the needs of any company. Moreover it helps keep all employee documentation organized and records every HR process such as hiring, handover, etc.

Cons

I have not found many things I dislike about it. However if I had to suggest an improvement, I would focus on enhancing the communication channel between employees and the HR department.
