smooth HR integration

Pros

The biggest benefit about the software has been how well it connects with our existing HR system, automatically updating information through an overnight feed and getting rid of the manual data entry we used to deal with. It was also really helpful that we could host the site within our HR system so from the user side there was no real change in where people needed to go to find company org charts. Another thing I appreciated was the ability to customize the system with different colors which made it much easier to distinguish between our multiple companies.

Cons

The one limitation is that photos can't be included in the automatic feed so I still have to manually upload pictures for new starters. It does help that uploads can be done in bulk but it would be much better if photo updates were included as part of the integration.

Pros

One of the best parts of the software was how it plugged right into our ADP Workforce Now instance which completely eliminated the manual work we used to do to keep our old org chart updated. The search bar is also really helpful when you need to quickly find specific people.

Cons

During onboading we ran into an issue where some fields showed up in the org chart even though they should not have been there. That said the customer service team responded quickly and fixed the problem without much delay. Because the platform is tied to our ADP instance there can also be some confusion around needing to log in to ADP in order to access the org chart.
