“Great support
Pros
Using this software for payments has been a really positive experience! I value that it acts as a Merchant of Record so it takes care of taxes on its own and saves me from having to use another service for that. The documentation especially with the AI features has also been very useful and the website is simple to figure out. The standout for me is the customer support team! They're excellent, reply quickly and provide detailed help when needed. On top of that the API is solid and the webhooks are consistently fast and dependable.
Cons
The only downside is that the AI for the documentation still needs more training to be more accurate and helpful.

“Solid API
Pros
This has been the best payment solution for our company. Their newer product feels more flexible and polished and overall we're very happy with it. The API and webhook integration are especially valuable to us because they make it simple to connect with our app. There is some upfront time needed during setup as with any payment platform but the onboading itself is fairly easy.
Cons
Where this platform falls short for us is analytics. At the moment they provide ProfitWell but it feels pretty basic and doesn't cover many of the metrics, integrations or calculations we need in a lot of cases.
