excellent features

Pros

I really enjoy using this HR software because it offers excellent features that make managing all recruiting activities a breeze including searching for and tracking talented employee information. The platform also extends into other areas like project costing, appraisals and project management.

Cons

The web version runs smoothly most of the time but I've noticed some hiccups with updates. The Android app is really frustrating though and it crashes frequently due to technical issues. Also tracking employee information gets pretty slow which can be annoying when your trying to pull up data quickly. These problems really need to be addressed.

makes my job easier!

Pros

This software really shines for payroll and HR tasks! There are tons of features that make my job so much easier as someone working in HR and accounting. The rule engine and workflow design are great! They let me set up processes without any trouble. What I love most is that it goes way beyond just payroll and HR stuff. You get inventory management, project costing, training modules, appraisal systems, claim processing and more. It covers pretty much everything we deal with daily in our organization. Honestly think every company should consider getting this.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that it's a bit pricey compared to local alternatives especially when you factor in maintenance costs.
