Pros

For me, running an international company has become much more manageable, since the platform simplifies handling employment and all related obligations in ways I never expected, when problems arise, their customer support has been consistently excellent and readily available. We rely on this service every day for all of our staff across the globe and I genuinely notice the difference it makes. Besides being easy to register and operate, the implementation and integration processes were completely easy.

As a team we've found this tool to be invaluable for meeting our international recruitment demands, since it manages employment contracts, payroll processing and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions which helps our staff to concentrate on core projects and revenue generation, additionally, their customer service is excellent and the platform's dashboard presents information in a clean, simple layout.

I have noticed that there is a learning curve before you can comfortably use it and it can require a fair amount of time and hands-on experience to fully grasp the platform's features, particularly if you are facing an Employer of Record setup for the first time.
