Simple Interface, Easy to use

Pros

The interface is interactive and easy to use compared to other ATS systems I've tried. It's saved me so much time, no more calling HR and waiting forever for a response to get things done.

Cons

Managing attendance records can be frustrating since I can't edit entries once they're submitted. It's tough to fix mistakes or update things later.

Smart software with potential for growth

Pros

I really love the Application Tracking System. It makes the whole hiring process so much smoother. The employee management features are also great for our daily operations plus the interface is friendly and it's easy to use whether I'm on my phone or computer. Both platforms feel user friendly and well designed.

Cons

I really miss having an undo feature when I accidentally delete something important like leave records, it's been really frustrating. Also, the mobile app could use some improvements to make it more user friendly.

Excellent Solution for Large Companies

Pros

I find the talent management and L&D features really easy to use. The data and record management make my daily workflow so much smoother and I love how it handles multiple domains without any issues since I use it consistently.
