Pros

Having technology-led support backed by real people who know what they're doing has been a huge plus. The team comes across as knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely focused on helping customers get the right outcome.

Cons

The responder network side of the service turned out to be a bit different from what we originally expected.

On-demand support is a plus

Pros

This tool gives our team both proactive updates and on-demand support. The alerts do an excellent job of keeping new and relevant issues front of mind and having quick access to individual support through chat, phone calls and online resources has been fantastic.

Cons

Location-based alerts work really well overall but when I was in the UK on holiday from Australia, I only received local UK alerts. That was helpful, though I did miss updates from back home which made it harder to stay aware of any risks my family or colleagues might have needed to know about.
