“flexible setup for contracts”
Pros
It gives us the flexibility to handle both our global requirements and the different local needs we have. It's fairly simple to manage and most of the time we can work independently without needing to contact support. The integration between Sympa and GetAccept also helps our contract administration flow really well.
Cons
The interface feels a little outdated and the tables are somewhat firm in how they work. I'd also like to see more AI support built into the system and having a search function on the admin side would make things more convenient.
