Amazing support

Pros

The scoring system and evaluation tools were incredibly helpful and the customer support was outstanding!

Cons

A few of the roles I was hiring for didn't bring in as many candidates as I had hoped but aside from that it's a really strong product.

Pros

Customer support has been outstanding and the interface is very user friendly. It made it simple to stay on top of every candidate we were interviewing.

Cons

It could be priced a little lower. Other than that it handled what we needed it to do. I'd just suggest customizing the questionnaires a bit more toward the telecommunications industry.

There's a solid number of qualified resumes to go through and the monthly fee feels justified for what you get.

Cons

One thing that gets frustrating is having to jump back and forth from the main page. It would also be helpful if they added alerts for when new candidates come in.
