“Consistent feature delivery and updates”
Pros
I really like the ongoing product development that the team keeps pushing on the platform. Plus the way they actually follow through on their promises by turning planned features into real, usable functionality is amazing.
Cons
Sometimes I find myself waiting for specific new features and although the team always delivers what they promise, those waits can get frustrating even if those waits are understandable and for the right reasons.

“Great for custom training and credential management”
Pros
It is pretty effective at creating bespoke training modules by spotting trends in reports and audits which makes putting together courses for recurring problems much simpler. Plus at SafetyCulture we can tailor the layout to suit our needs and handle employee credentials through automated verification and tracking.
Cons
I get flooded with notifications when multiple people start updating or commenting on the same inspection. So at times they can be very overwhelming.

“Love connecting to our catalog for easy requests”
Pros
One thing I like is that it allows me to connect directly to our approved catalog, so requesting items or getting approvals is really easy. Plus every piece of equipment has a QR code linked to it, giving me instant access to its history, inspection checks and location. I also rely on its reports to run audits which saves me from going through manual reviews.
Cons
The file storage area needs improvement. As per me a clearer, more organized layout would let me sort completed reports by project type.
