Intercom has made communicating within the teams and with customers really easy for us. Love how the chats are like personalized messages and we can set up introductory or absence messages for a duration set up.
Cons:I wish the offered reporting functionality and features. The reports within the system cannot be edited or downloaded so you cannot even run your own reports which makes auditing really tricky.
