“Fast and reliable training environments”
Pros
Having a web based setup with repeatable, consistent environments makes a big difference. Startup times stay low and there aren't extra hurdles to deal with which keeps everything simple.
Cons
With larger groups things can get a little difficult on weaker WiFi networks. It's not really a problem from their end but at events where you're stuck using a venue network you can't control, all the constant connections can overwhelm unstable wireless networks. When that happens users get disconnected and have to reconnect which is annoying though not a deal breaker.
