This content is sorted into three clear areas: Site Ops, Iron, and Safety, offering short instructional videos made by experts that are available instantly on any mobile device for immediate field use.

This is the central web-based tool for managers, giving a complete, real-time overview of the entire company’s training efforts and how they align with compliance rules. The system includes the ability to set up different permissions for each employee, allowing managers to organize teams into specific groups to accurately track their activity and progress.

This feature replaces traditional paper checklists by storing all digital reports and compliance records. It operates by sending out digital forms and surveys to workers in the field, which are used for mandatory checks, including equipment inspections and regular daily health and wellness checks.

Quizzes and certifications are required components that appear immediately after a worker completes a training module. When a staff member successfully passes a set of training and quizzes, they are formally certified by the organization. The system enables staff to quickly get a certificate of accomplishment by either viewing it on screen or printing it for their professional records.
