“A dynamic platform”
Pros
From course creation to LMS migration this software covered far more than we originally needed and still gives us room to grow. We first partnered with them back in 2019 when they built our initial set of engaging asynchronous courses and since then they've helped us create all 9 of our self-paced offerings while also refreshing them every couple of years. And also Last year, we moved our training programs onto their LMS and the team tailored the platform around our requirements, supported the transfer of our courses and client accounts and even preserved training history along with learners' progress in active courses. Whenever issues came up, they were there to help troubleshoot. Like any LMS, this one has its own quirks, but after using it over the past year we've picked up the tips and workarounds. We're also excited to start exploring the AI features soon to keep improving the experience for our customers.
Cons
The biggest challenge is the 12-hour time difference between their team and ours, so if we spot a problem, it may not always get fixed by the next business day.

I like the personalized learning experience it offers, it makes content discovery and consumption effortless. It eases navigation and mobile responsiveness and quick access to bite-sized modules for me and that greatly improves learner engagement too.I would say its a good one-stop solution for upskilling.
Cons
Came across occasional lags during high traffic hours and limited in-app notifications regarding new content releases. this could see improvement.

One thing that has been great is how quickly the support team responds. The Admin Reports section has also been very useful and adds a lot of value to the platform.
Cons
