For me, the platform stands out for its fast and comprehensive service, its easy usability and the freedom to be creative in content design. I love that I am not limited by fix templates and can create or modify my own templates to suit my needs.
Cons
What I've noticed is that the search only finds information explicitly saved on a page and sometimes pages take a while to load. That makes it less ideal for performance support at work, though for traditional learning in WBTs the speed is fine.
