Pros

Putting together personalized and customized training content is a pretty easy process which makes the platform genuinely useful.

Cons

There are a few minor UX/UI issues and the software often felt a bit slow and slightly unresponsive.

user friendly training platform

Pros

Has been really easy to use! Compared with other training platforms I've worked with before, this one feels much more user friendly and simple to figure out.

Cons

The package choices could be better. There just aren't many purchasing options available for businesses of different sizes.

live sessions with clear ROI

Pros

Getting this software up and running across multiple retailers was very easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. The live session functions works really well, being able to update content on the fly is a big advantage and the detailed dashboard gives us a strong view into ROI.

Cons

I would have liked more font options and better image sizing controls but it wasn't anything that couldn't be handled with a bit of pre production planning.
