The platform keeps a Permanent record of experience so work history and data are saved long-term. This permanent record is easily found and viewed by both the supervisor and trainer using the simple online system.
The platform has three Methods of Verification for weekly experience entries that the supervisor must officially check and approve. Records are confirmed using either an online signature, signed entry sheets, or a verified input receipt, ensuring all records are maintained for audit requirements.
Comprehensive experience reports are created by the software to clearly show the trainee’s development. The reports detail progress against targets for the competencies in the training plan, using all verified inputs and including an analysis of other aspects such as the way work is performed.
