TeacherEase Features
Curriculum Organization
This gradebook is designed to measure student mastery of specific learning standards. It separates formative and summative assessment data and uses advanced algorithms to calculate grades, providing a more accurate reflection of student learning and enabling differentiated instruction based on mastery levels.
Student Task Management
As teachers create lessons, activities are automatically added to each student's task list, providing a single place for students to view and manage their work. This feature helps students develop crucial time management and executive function skills by self-managing their efforts.
Online Workspace And Digital Hand-In
Students get a consistent online area to access digital resources, work on assignments, and submit them electronically, creating a paperless workflow. Teachers can provide online feedback and grades, which then flow automatically into the TeacherEase gradebook without manual entry.
Classroom Collaboration Tools
The platform fosters a collaborative environment through online discussions and debates, allowing students more time to formulate thoughtful responses. Students can ask questions, comment on activities, and publish completed work for classmates to review and provide peer feedback.
Teacher Status Console
This console gives teachers a real-time view of student progress on their task lists, helping to better manage classroom effort. Educators can quickly see who is working, who has completed tasks, and who might be struggling or distracted.

“Simple solution with quick support”
Pros
I find this platform really simple and rely on it almost daily. The customer support team responds quickly and gets things sorted efficiently. My go-to features include picture identification, class scheduling, groups and parent information access. From what administration told me, the re-integration and set up process was surprisingly smooth.
Cons
The way our database clerk originally set things up made searching pretty frustrating. When students have multiple last names entered in different formats, finding them becomes a real headache but that's more on us than the software

“Average Software and Questionable Business Practices”
Pros
The gradebook feature really saves this platform for me. Pretty easy to move about though there's definitely room for improvement. Would love to see a mobile app and some of the features that other gradebook systems offer. Still it gets the job done decently.
Cons
The company has serious financial integrity issues. They refused our refund request made two months before the school year started, then completely stopped responding to calls and emails once they knew we wanted our money back. When we did reach someone, they kept passing us around endlessly over a simple refund for a service we never used. We've been trying daily for a month now and they're basically stealing thousands from our school during a pandemic. The software itself has major problems too. The pricing is misleading because essential features like attendance systems and data management cost extra. Its complex and takes way too many clicks to get anywhere. Customization options are pretty limited compared to competitors. Customer service wait times average 10-15 minutes while other companies typically respond in 1-2 minutes. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your SIS needs.
