“Powerful Tool for Running Courses and Workshops”
Pros
I think TrainerCentral is Zoho's strongest product by far. As someone who runs a training company myself, I'm impressed by how it evolved from a basic virtual training tool into a detailed platform that makes hosting online and offline programs incredibly easy. The zoom-like features they added really take the experience to another level. Originally it was Zoho Showtime for webinars and classes but after the overhaul, this tool can now handle everything such as building self-paced courses like Udemy, running live workshops and managing on-demand programs all from one place. It's become a complete solution that covers all our training needs.
Cons
The one thing I really miss is being able to have participants turn on their videos and audio at the same time, like you can do in Zoom. This becomes a real problem when I'm trying to run interactive sessions where discussion is a key part of the learning process. Another feature that's noticeably absent is breakout rooms.

“Our favorite go to solution”
Pros
Really appreciate being able to add live sessions directly into courses without needing to juggle separate apps.
Cons
Communication feels pretty limited since there's no way to create groups or chat with people outside of specific classes. Would be nice to have more flexible messaging options
