“flexible platform with room to grow”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about the team behind the software is how willing they are to listen to customer feedback and try out new technology trends to bring into the platform. Even with some limitations it still does a functional job of bringing together both e learning content and instructor led training in one place. Our organization is extremely complex and while the platform is not perfect it still works well enough for us to operate with it.
Cons
The delivery side of the experience could be a lot better. Features they announce and develop often end up being delayed quite a bit which is frustrating.

Right from the start the software has provided excellent support and genuinely works with us like a true partner so we never feel overlooked even though we're not a huge customer. Their team stays engaged, listens well and treats our priorities as if they were their own. The platform itself is very user friendly for end users while still offering a solid amount of flexibility. We also have very strict security requirements and Valamis met all of them without any issues at all.
Cons
As with any platform there are still a few bugs that need workarounds. One specific limitation is that waitlists aren't currently available for events. That said they are actively addressing these issues and we've consistently seen fixes and improvements being delivered.

Rolling out a completely new LMS, rebuilding our content and launching it across North America in under eight months was a huge project! The only reason we were able to pull it off was because of the support from the team behind the software. They genuinely want their customers to succeed and put a lot of effort into making sure the process never feels overwhelming. As for the platform itself it's clean, polished and simple to figure out. The leaderboard has been a real game changer for us since it created healthy competition across the organization and really helped drive adoption. Other than that the backend reporting is excellent! When it comes to the product itself, the support and the value for the money, I would absolutely recommend them.
Cons
The one thing that would have made the start better is having their team onsite for a couple of days at the beginning. There was a lot of information to take in and even though the onboarding process was well structured having that in person presence at our office would have helped a lot if it had been an option.
